Cabrera Secures Multi-Million Dollar Arbitration Award for Dental Practices

Following the conclusion of a multi-week arbitration hearing in Los Angeles, California, Gil Cabrera secured a complete victory worth over four million dollars against a San Diego dental practice’s bank in the wake of the Covid-19 lockdowns. The bank had attempted to enforce its loans against the dental practices treating the dental practices differently from other borrowers during the Covid-19 crisis. Ultimately, the Arbitrator found for the dental practices in the bank’s case to foreclose on certain loans — wiping out over $2,000,000.00 in liability for the dental practices. In addition, the Arbitrator awarded the dental practices over $2,000,000.00 in damages for the wrongful actions of the bank.
